In the news this week ...

• Like many of the Leaders in Our District, ADC (Beavers) Andrew Roberts looks forward to the summer break as an opportunity to relax and recharge his batteries.

As the "summer" rolls on ...

• When the summer term finishes in mid July, both local and national  Scouting enters its "closed season" when leaders and supporters take a well-earned break
  
  
• There will still be regular articles in the Gazette, however, and these will appear on the web site, as usual
  
  
• Meetings and activities for Scouts recommence at the beginning of September ............ so watch this space!
